AgroMap Gizlilik Politikası

AgroMap uygulamasını kullandığınız için teşekkür ederiz. Gizliliğiniz bizim için önemlidir. Bu politika, uygulamamızın hangi verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar ve hem iOS hem de Android sürümleri için geçerlidir.

1. Toplanan Veriler

AgroMap yalnızca aşağıdaki verileri kullanır:

Konum verisi (GPS): Tarla tarama ve haritalama işlemleri sırasında GPS konumunuz kullanılır. Android'de ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION ve ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION izinleri üzerinden erişilir.
Hareket sensörü verisi: Ekipman yönelimini ve traktör hareketini hassas şekilde hesaplamak için ivmeölçer, jiroskop ve manyetometre verileri kullanılır. Android'de HIGH_SAMPLING_RATE_SENSORS izni üzerinden erişilir.
Ön plan servisi: Android'de tarama sırasında uygulamanın arka planda kapanmaması için FOREGROUND_SERVICE ve FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION izinleri kullanılır.
Kullanıcı adı ve şifre: Cihazınızda şifrelenmiş olarak saklanır.
Tarla ve operasyon verileri: Oluşturduğunuz tarlalar, koordinatlar ve operasyon kayıtları.

2. Veriler Nerede Saklanır?

Tüm veriler yalnızca sizin cihazınızda saklanır. AgroMap herhangi bir sunucuya, bulut sistemine veya üçüncü taraf platforma veri göndermez. İnternet bağlantısı olmadan çalışır.

3. Veriler Kimlerle Paylaşılır?

Hiçbir kişisel veri üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz, satılmaz veya aktarılmaz.

4. Konum İzni ve Arka Plan Kullanımı

Uygulama, tarla tarama özelliği aktifken konum erişimi kullanır. Traktörle tarla taraması yaparken ekran kapalı olsa veya uygulama arka planda çalışsa bile konum verisinin kesintisiz toplanması gerekir; bu nedenle arka planda konum erişimi (background location) talep edilir. Konum verisi yalnızca cihazınızda işlenir ve hiçbir dış sunucuya aktarılmaz. İzni istediğiniz zaman telefon ayarlarından kaldırabilirsiniz.

5. Veri Güvenliği

Şifreler SHA-256 algoritması ile hashlenerek saklanır. Verileriniz cihazınızın güvenli depolama alanında tutulur.

6. Abonelik ve Ödeme

AgroMap Plus aboneliği, uygulamanın indirildiği platforma göre Apple App Store veya Google Play Store üzerinden yönetilir. Ödeme bilgileri yalnızca ilgili platform sağlayıcısı (Apple veya Google) tarafından işlenir; uygulamamız hiçbir ödeme bilgisine erişmez, saklamaz veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmaz.

Aboneliğinizi aşağıdaki yollardan yönetebilirsiniz:

iOS kullanıcıları: Ayarlar → Apple ID → Abonelikler
Android kullanıcıları: Google Play Store → Profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler

Abonelik iptali, mevcut fatura döneminin sonunda geçerli olur. İade talepleri ilgili platform sağlayıcısının politikalarına tabidir.

7. Verilerin Silinmesi

Tüm verileriniz cihazınızda saklandığı için, uygulamayı telefonunuzdan kaldırdığınızda tüm kişisel verileriniz (kullanıcı adı, şifre, tarla ve operasyon kayıtları) otomatik olarak silinir. Uygulama içinden "Çıkış yap" ve "Hesabı sil" seçenekleri ile de verilerinizi temizleyebilirsiniz.

Hesabınızın veya verilerinizin silinmesiyle ilgili ek bir talebiniz varsa, furkanfsq@gmail.com adresinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz. Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alınır.

8. Çocukların Gizliliği

AgroMap, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek veri toplamaz.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu gizlilik politikası güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama güncellemeleri aracılığıyla duyurulur.

AgroMap Privacy Policy

Thank you for using AgroMap. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data our app uses and how it is handled. It applies to both the iOS and Android versions of the app.

1. Data We Collect

AgroMap only uses the following data:

Location data (GPS): Your GPS location is used during field scanning and mapping operations. On Android, access is granted through the ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, and ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION permissions.
Motion sensor data: Accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer readings are used to accurately calculate equipment orientation and tractor motion. On Android, this requires the HIGH_SAMPLING_RATE_SENSORS permission.
Foreground service: On Android, FOREGROUND_SERVICE and FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION permissions are used to keep the app running during scanning sessions.
Username and password: Stored encrypted on your device only.
Field and operation data: Fields you create, coordinates, and operation records.

2. Where Is Data Stored?

All data is stored only on your device. AgroMap does not send data to any server, cloud system, or third-party platform. It works without an internet connection.

3. Data Sharing

No personal data is shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties.

4. Location Permission and Background Usage

The app uses location access while the field scanning feature is active. During tractor-based field scanning, location data must be collected continuously even when the screen is off or the app is in the background; therefore, background location access is requested. Location data is processed only on your device and is never transmitted to any external server. You can revoke this permission at any time in your phone settings.

5. Data Security

Passwords are hashed using the SHA-256 algorithm. Your data is kept in your device's secure storage area.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

AgroMap Plus subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on the platform from which the app was installed. Payment information is processed solely by the respective platform provider (Apple or Google); our app cannot access, store, or share any payment details with third parties.

You can manage your subscription through:

iOS users: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Android users: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective platform provider.

7. Data Deletion

Since all your data is stored on your device, uninstalling the app from your phone automatically deletes all personal data (username, password, field and operation records). You can also clear your data using the "Log out" and "Delete account" options inside the app.

8. Children's Privacy

AgroMap is not intended for children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from this age group.

9. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated. Significant changes will be announced through app updates.
